目的 对老年结肠癌患者术前N，TNM分期诊断中MSCT联合血清Fib,CRP水平检测的应用价值进行分析。方法 本次实验对象为本院老年结肠癌患者，实验时间集中在2017年9月-2020年7月，共计52例患者参与本次实验中来。在实验过程中，医护人员应利用多层螺旋CT、血清纤维蛋白、C-反应蛋白水平检测、手术病理检查等方式对患者实施检查，本次实验金标准为病理检查，对比和分析所选患者在不同检测手段下的诊断结果。结果 对本次实验展开分析，在老年结肠癌患者术前N分期诊断中，联合检测准确率相比单独检测有着较大幅度的提升，数据之间差异凸显，（p＜0.05）；系统分析本次实验，在老年结肠癌患者术前TNM分期诊断中，联合检测准确率相比单独检测有着较大幅度的提升，数据之间差异突出，（p＜0.05）。结论 在老年结肠癌患者术前N，TNM分期诊断中MSCT联合血清Fib,CRP水平检测有着较高的应用价值，其在促进诊断准确率提升方面作用较为突出，能够为医护人员开展手术治疗提供可靠的依据，实现医护工作水平的大幅提升。
Objective To analyze the application value of MSCT combined with serum Fib and CRP levels in the preoperative diagnosis of N, TNM staging in elderly patients with colon cancer. Methods: The subjects of this experiment were elderly patients with colon cancer in this hospital. The experiment time was concentrated from September 2017 to July 2020. Conclusion : MSCT combined with serum Fib and CRP level detection in the preoperative N, TNM staging diagnosis of elderly colon cancer patients has a high application value. It has a prominent role in promoting the improvement of diagnostic accuracy and can provide medical staff for surgical treatment. Reliable basis to achieve a substantial improvement in the level of medical care.
